Delete your Jazzcat account
You can delete your Jazzcat account from inside the app or web app. If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email.

Delete in Jazzcat
- Open Jazzcat and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Privacy & Safety.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the prompts.

Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to your Jazzcat account where possible. Do not include your password or payment details.
What deletion means
Account deletion is permanent. Account and data handling is covered by our Privacy Policy and Terms.
When we process a deletion request, we remove or anonymise your account data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for post-termination disputes, commercial record-keeping, tax and financial obligations, support history, fraud prevention, security, or outstanding ticket and payment obligations.
